• How to make easy RuneScape money?

    1. Always mine on a world with few people.
Always sell ore and bars on crowded worlds.
Start out by mining anything you can get your hands on, just buy a pick axe and go at it. Keep the ore if you are close to a bank otherwise drop it, continue until your level is high enough to mine iron, iron ore sells for about 100 ea. keep mining and selling the iron until you can mine coal, then move to falador and mine in the caves with the scorpions and get 2 coal for every iron, try to do this on an empty world after 9.30 at night, you will find it to be much more productive, store the ores in the bank until you have 1000 coal and 500 iron, this may take weeks or months, now you can either sell all this for about 270000gp or make steel bars and make them into plate body armor and sell them. You can make lots of RuneScape gold from this.
    Mining Method #2

    Do the Rune Mysteries Quest.
Now, you’re probably in the Wizards’ Tower congratulatng yourself. Or, you’ve already finished the quest ages ago. Any way, go to the east bank of Varrock.
Open up your bank account and store everything, including Wielded weapons. you can keep the armour though.
    Take out your pickaxe.
Wield it. As easy as that. Make sure your inventory has 28 spaces (empty).
Now, close the bank window, and make your way to the south-east of Varrock until you stop at Aubury’s rune shop. The signs are fire and an arrow. Left click Aubury and click “Teleport Aubury”. He’ll say something like “Seventior disthine molenko!” and teleport you to the Essence mine.
Now, your nearly there. Click on the rune essence and click “Mine Rune Essence”.
Relax, but talk about once every 1 minute to stop logging out. Even saying “R2″ will reset the timer.
Now find the teleport, click on it and select “Use Teleport” or something.
Walk back to the east bank and either do two options…
Put it in the bank, select “Withdraw as Note” and take it out. Type “Red:Selling RuneScape gold, 20gp each” repeatedly, it’ll come out as red and people will finally trade you. If they don’t, type in “Red:Selling rune essence, 20gp each ~ yourusername”, replace yourusername with your RuneScape username (e.g. Robotboy010).
Put it in the bank, and repeat the process.
Keep on repeating the process until your finished for the day

    Fishing Method

Get your fishing level up to 40 or higher. You’ll also need to have your cooking level at 40 or higher.
Go to Karamja Island and start fishing for lobsters. You’ll need at least 60 coins (30to it, and 30 back) for your trip to and from Karamja.
After all of your inventory is full of them, you have to cook your lobsters.
After your inventory is full of cooked lobsters, go back to the main land. Pay your 30 coins to the sailor guy and the boat will take you back to Port Sarim.
Either go to Draynor Village which is east of Port Sarim or Falador which is north of Port Sarim and store your lobsters in the bank. Go back to Karamja and repeat the process until you have 120 lobsters or more. Try for 200 RuneScape money.
After you have your lobsters, go to Varrock (which is the best place to sell stuff because it’s so crowded with people) and sell your lobsters. Sell 120 lobsters for 20k-25k, or if you fished 200-250 lobsters, sell them for 30k-35k. If you want to make a lot of money, fish 500 lobsters and sell these RuneScape gold for 75-80k.
    Crafting Method

Go to Al Kharid Mines (or Crafting guild) and mine plenty of RuneScape gold ores.
Go towards your nearest furnace and use the gold ores with the furnace to create gold bars.
Use your gold bar with a furnace, you must have a mould and a chisel.
Select your ring type. You can add a gem to your ring if you have a gem in your inventory.
Sell your rings to people in banks for RuneScape money.
    Stealing Method

Go to ardounge and go to the place with all the stalls.
Go to the silk stall and steal a full load.
Give all the silk to your friend.
Tell your friend to sell it all to the silk merchant. When he asks for how much, say 120gp, then say 60gp. Tell your friend to split the money with you.
Repeat the process over and over and soon you will be rich!
    Law Running Method

Go onto members world, 66 and empty all your weapons and armour into your bank and withdraw 27 pure essence..
Head towards port sarim, there should be a boat going to Entrana. Talk to a monk, and then if you have no armour or weapons, you should be allowed to go to Entrana.
Follow to crowd to the people wearing Zamorak robes. Trade your pure essence with these and you should get 27 Laws back.
Go back to the boat, back to the bank and repeat method to get lots of laws.
Sell your laws in a bank.
    Combat Method

Go to Edgeville, which is just above the Barbarian Village.
Equip yourself with a weapon and, if you like, a Ring of Wealth. Do not take anything in your inventory, and try not to have more than 3 things on your person.
Go into the Edgeville Dungeon, to the place where several Chaos Druids (level 13) re-spawn. (If you don’t know where that is, here are the directions: once you go down the ladder to the dungeon, keep going north until you can’t go north any further, then go east past the first set of gates, and then go north through the second set.) Remember, this part of the dungeon is wilderness levels 1-4, which means that you can be attacked by other players in this area, so be careful.
Kill the Chaos Druids. They drop several items other than the ones you want, so right now, don’t take the vials, the runes, the bones, or anything other than unidentified herbs. The herbs are what you’re after now. Do not identify them. Only identify them if you’re after herblore experience; if it’s money you want, keep them unidentified.
Keep fighting the Druids and picking up the herbs that they drop, until you have a full inventory. Then bank them in the Edgeville bank. Keep doing this until you have at least 100 unidentified herbs.
Once you have over 100 RuneScape money (You don’t need 100, per se, but many players will only buy unidentified herbs [or unids] if you are selling over 100 of them), go to West Varrock Bank on a crowded world, with all of your herbs in notes in your inventory. Make sure that you know how many you have before you go on to the next step.
Type “Selling unids, 1k each” or a similar variation repeatedly. Sometimes you might not get any takers, but unid merchanting is a big business. Many players want herbs to identify, but don’t have the time or discipline to get them themselves.
    Merchant Method #1

Start off with the best item you have. Even if its bronze you can work with it. You take the bronze item and see if you can find another level the same as you with slightly better armor and see if they will bargain for one of their better metal items.
When you get that see if you can trade for something a little better like if it is an iron helmet ask some one if they will trade you their legs for it. From their you could try and trade the legs for for iron plate mail. Now you have gone from about 100 GP to 500 GP.
Scrounge up a few items and trade your iron plate for steel legs. With that you can use you scrounged items and get a steel plate.
Go over these steps starting from any type of armor. Soon you will have more RuneScape money and save up to buy rune.
    Merchant Method #2

ABuy furs or wood in Varrock or Lumbridge.
Sell the wood and furs in Al Kharid for greater money and buy up silks.
Sell the silks in the West (Lumbridge, Varrock, etc.) An important thing here is to make sure each trip’s profit is greater than the toll at the West-East gate. Also, don’t overflood the markets with these items; you should vary a bit.
    Rune Essence Method

First take off your armour, put everything in the bank and equip your pickaxe.
Mine Rune Essence (must’ve finished Rune Mysteries Quest).
Once you’ve finished, put it in your bank.
Start again until you have 1000 Rune Essence.
Sell at 25gp each, meaning all of it will be 25k (25000gp).
    Wilderness Method

If you open up the world map and look at wilderness, right where it says “Wilderness”, there is a brown hill, on that hill chaos runes spawn, but moss giants do also. There are around 8 chaos runes here, and the respawn very quickly, so in about 30 minutes you can get 80 - 1500 chaos runes. Then go to Varrock bank and sell them for 250 - 300 RuneScape gold apice.

    Air Running

Go to Falador on world 16 and take 25 un-noted ess to the air temple and trade with someone asking for them. They will give you 25 noted ess and 2000gp, air runes, or double ess.

    Other

Go to a place where there are a lot of people, but not too much. Type “could anybody spare 5gp please?” Don’t force them to give it to you. After a while, you could have 100-200 gp. It may take a while to get rich off of this method, so combine this along with another method. Don’t ask more than 3 times in the same area as it will make players annoyed and you will be looked on as a noob, no matter what your level.

    Members Methods

    Thieving

Thieving is a very useful Members-Only skill in Runescape 2. To make a lot of RuneScape gold you will need at least 50 Thieving. Use the following steps to increase your level in Runescape 2 Thieving level.
Level 1-10, pickpocket Men in Edgeville 145 times.
Level 10-30, steal cakes from the Baker’s Stall in Ardougne 764 times.
Level 30-50, pickpocket Al Kharid Warriors 3,384 times.
In Runescape 2, now you will be able to pickpocket guards easily and get good amount of Runescape 2 money or gp.
Level 50-70, pickpocket guards 13,684 times to steal 410,500gp
Level 70-80, pickpocket watchmen to steal 364,520 Runescape 2 money and 9,113 bread
At level 80, pickpocket Paladins to make 100,000gp an hour.

  • The Runescape Orphanage MiniGame
Here’s the idea/ background for this minigame:
With all the wars, senseless fighting, and even more senseless Adventurers; there are a lot of orphans.A group of people( npcs) have brought all the children with no one to look after them to one spot and made Runescape gold an orphanage. Now as with all not-for-profits (and orphanages in especially) they are short on free hands and even shorter on resources. With the ever growing population of children they also desperately need to expand and come up with stuff for the children(furniture, cloths, food, etc).Because they are a charity type instillation they have been able to make deals with various people across the map in order to buy Runescape gold cheaply(at cost) .What you do here: help with various tasks around the complex sometimes even supplying Runescape money yourself.Game functionality of it. This mini game is like a morton temple, village cleanup, setup. With the wide variety of tasks that need to

be done to keep the operation running you can train any skill at the place. The exp for each skill would be rather slow compared to other methods and you would still have to pay for various things(planks for example, no free con xp here )

    The benefits to the players:
While I’m not suggesting some reward from this(although some could certainly be added), the place itself would allow people too strictly stay to training, and not in a fast leach luring way like pc either. The work you do at the place directly relates to the exp you get Runescape gold. If you make furniture for the place you get con exp, if you make cloths for the children you get craft exp, If you smith hinges and door handles you get smith exp, if you cook for the kids you get cooking ect ect ect, you do nothing you get nothing. Also this would allow people to not have to go looking for Runescape money to train their skills(note the Runescape gold you buy have to be used at the orphanage and cant be bought and used else ware)

A big apeal to this would be the abilty to “camp out” while training this would lead to people chatting and such and create another favorable/enjoyable spot such as the fishing guild or at the temple in mort’ton.

Here are some of the ideas I came up with for how each skill could be used.( please note that the exp for combat related stuff would be rediculously low compaired to actully fighting but would still get some Runescape gold)

Attack- chasing imaginary boogy man out of a childs room

Str- heavy lifting, sacks/ boxes of food etc

def- wrastle with kids(maybe be in a barny suit to get beat up)

range- play dodgeball with kids or throw dirty cloths in hamper

prayer- preach or any number of obvious jokes ” oh guthix grant me the pactience to deal with these ….. children….” lol

magic- teach kids, animate toys, light displays .. its magic it can do anything

    runecrafting- teach kids, do experiments

    construct- furniture ect

hp- boogy man, pretty stumped here

agility, jumping thru cluttered rooms and dogeing running children

herblore- make cures for sick kids

thiev- steal kids security blanket to be washed and swap it for a clean one

    crafting- cloths, toys, etc

    fletching, toy bows and arrows

slayer, defating boogy man, monster under bed, dust bunnies

    hunter- tracking wayward kids

mining- goes with expantio0n clearing out ruble with pick

smithing- door knobs, hinges, parts to toys, nails, etc

fishing- teaching kids to fish by example, catching fish for kids to eat

cooking- obvious, cook for kids, help in kitchen

firemaking, keep stoves lit, candles, furnace(heating)

    wc- gather wood for fires

Farming- growing food and flowers for the house

  • I have a friend, One who is always there for me.
She would always skill and get her total level up all the time in Runescape. She have lots of Runescape money and Runescape gold.
She always told me to train my slayer. She did so herself and got to 93.
I asked her why train after 85, she replied with “jagex will release something new from a higher leveled monster”
I never agreed, but she was right, like always.

The dark bow was released, i could tell she was happy, as you needed 90 slayer.
I was asleep at the time the update occured, so i didnt see her on the next day.

About a week later she logs in only to tell me she had quit, not because of no Runescape gold..
For the same reason she had almost quit before, Price manipulation, merchanters.

The dark bow was 90m at first, only to drop to 10m over night, then 5m, now 4m. Thats only about 4 days after release.

With this happening, my friend had no choice but to quit.
She almost quit last time from whips being 1.6 as they are now, But now the new dark bow dropping to below 4m over 4 days just devastated her.

She had alot of Runescape gold and was very wealthy but i dont think it was the Runescape money that made her leave.
I think it was the merchanters.

How they lie to get their own way.
Decieve people just to leave the people who put the effort in tears.
Its sad, it makes me sick, to see how sad some players can be. Just to make a bit of cash, when they don’t anyway, just to lower the price of Runescape gold items without thinking about the consequences, but what do they care? All they want is for people to burn.

They, merchanters have no skill, they are lazy and like to merchant there way to victory.

Merchanting is scamming in a way, buying for a low price and selling higher. Standing there for hours repeatidly typing to lower the price of an item they cant afford.

Why do you do it? You may make some cash, but your not making people happy.

And now my best friend is gone, hopefully not forever.

I thought the dark bow would be her breakthough, instead its her down fall.
    If only people had hearts.

For the same reason she had almost quit before, Price manipulation, merchanters,Runescape gold.

This very sentence demonstrates to me and every other cynical reader that you have no idea of what the term ‘Supply and Demand’ means. Your post consists of nothing more than hatred and blame for merchanters lowering the dark bow and whip price, where as there is a real life phenomnenon taking place here which you have simply over looked.

The reason for the dark bow drastically dropping in price has no relation to the number of people trying to merchant them. Initially, the reason for the dark bow being 90M, is because of the reletively short supply of the bow. The very first bows would’ve sold for this Runescape gold price. However, the longer the update is released, the more people with 90+ slayer will go out to kill these Dark beasts for their precious bow.

Currently 3,082 people have a level above 90. 3,082 people can gather this bow. These 3,082 people have probably all gotten at least one drop. The more people that get these drops, the more bows are placed onto the market for sale. Beacuse of the oversupply of bows at such high prices, consumers (the dark bow buyers) do not have to pay such prices — As it is the SELLERS who are dropping their prices to meet the demand for the item.

It was therefore inevitable that the price would fall to its current equilibrium price — THROUGH NO FAULT OF THE MERCHANTERS.

Withi Abbysal whips, the same occurs — however, it took people a long time to get 85 slayer and only a handful of people had this high level initially. Resulting in a higher price. 10000+ people today have 85 slayer.

  • Ever got frustrated when you couldn’t right click and quick bank with Gundai? Ever wondered why the Monks of Entrana have memory loss and search you every time? These are but two small annoyances which have been changed as part of a collection of disparate but subtle alterations to the Runescape game - all suggested by you, the players!

In the first of our ‘Improvement Project’ updates we’ve bundled together a whole host of little additions to the game that many of you have suggested. Most of these are improvements to existing features, adding new detail or extra benefits. We have identified many more in addition to these, so there will also be a steady flow of them coming out over the coming year.

In the first batch we have additions that range from useful to humorous Runescape gold.

First up, we’ve rebalanced the crossbows to make them a really appealing option for rangers. This means that your crossbow will fire faster and hit harder. We’ve also made grapples tradeable at every stage in their construction. It was a bit odd having them untradeable as soon as you add a bit of rope. Onyx bolt tips bought from the TzHaar are also cheaper now. With all these adjustments, we feel that the crossbow is a really viable choice for the discerning ranger.

We’ve also rejigged the combat selection so now you’ll stick to the same fighting style after you log out. This means that when you log in again, you’ll automatically use your preferred style - no more defending yourself by hitting someone over the head with a staff when you have plenty of Runescape gold!

We have updated the graphics for cyclopes to make them look better than ever. Stop by and visit the Ardougne Zoo and take a look at some of the less common creatures.

Players who have completed Dream Mentor will now be able to bank items without a seal of passage on Lunar Isle. They can now speak to Bird’s Eye Jack, left click the booth directly in front of him or right click to use quick-bank. Previously, you were required to have your seal of passage on you before you could access the bank.

Players can now fill all available buckets in their inventory with slime from the ectofuntus temple just north of Port Phasmatys. This change removes the need for multiple clicking to fill each bucket individually.

We’ve been told that Gundai in the Mage Arena is not nearly as helpful as he could be, so we’ve added a ‘quick bank’ option. Similarly, the monks on Entrana have a right-click ‘quick sail’ option, which gives the monks the right to check you for the usual armour and weapons before you hop aboard their boat.

The dastardly aberrant spectres in the Slayer Tower will be getting less to eat now, as we’ve added a short warning to the spiky chain that leads to their lair. Hopefully this will save inexperienced adventurers from getting a painfully bad smell assaulting their senses (not to mention their limbs).

The glassblowing interface wasn’t pretty enough, and also a bit awkward to use, so we’ve upgraded it to make it simpler to turn molten glass into useful vials and the like.

As impressively mighty as the skeletal wyverns are, we felt their drops didn’t really reflect the challenge, so they now drop some more desirable loot.

Gloves of silence (made from the stealthy dark kebbit’s fur) can now be inspected to see how they’re going after your pickpocketing fingers have been caught a few times. You can also grab some more fur to repair damaged ones, saving you a trip to the fancy dress shop.

For the fashion-conscious among you, Patchy on Mos Le’Harmless has been given a better set of tools, so he’ll now combine a black cavalier hat with a highwayman mask, and a black beret with a mime mask. How dashing!

Finally, everyone’s favourite pet, a rock, has been made even more exciting! Now you can play fetch, tell it to stay, or even wield it.

We’ve also identified a number of bugs, which are now fixed. These include:
The infinity hat has been adjusted due to an issue with players’ hairstyles. Certain hair would occasionally appear through the hat, which looked a bit strange.

Wizard boots have been relocated in the treasure trails chest of your costume room. Up to now, players could buy Runescape money in the level 1 clue scroll section; however they are obtained from level 2 clue scrolls.

The rune helm painted with Varrock colours has had its looks adjusted. This is to help differentiate between the gilded full helm and itself. The new looks are now more befitting to such an item.

A bug was fixed to allow anyone who’s been lucky enough to find any Runescape money and catch implings to open the jars containing captured implings around the Catherby area.

There are plenty more wee additions coming up for the future, all of which are designed to make your gaming experience easier, more enjoyable or just entertaining.

    from:RuneScape.com

Also this would allow people to not have to go looking for Runescape money to train their skills(note the Runescape gold you buy have to be used at the orphanage and cant be bought and used else ware).

  • Ok I have been playing Runescape and buy Runescape money for 5 years. • How to get Runescape money?

A new bow has made its way to RuneScape gold from the shadowy dimension of the dark beasts. These dark bows are strange and dangerous weapons, designed to shoot two arrows at a time, even with the most powerful arrows. Its mysterious special attack deals massive damage, which is even more powerful if you use it with dragon arrows.

Dark bows can only be obtained from the dark beasts that lurk along the path to the Light Temple. Although it requires a level 90 Slayer to take on a dark beast, level 60 rangers can use these tradeable dark bows. The dark bow is also the only bow that can fire dragon arrows!

You also now have access to a new cavern where eight more dark beasts lurk, just at the start of the Light Temple path.
